In the pLog Tablet App, I cannot login.
On the https://cloud.dataforensics.net website, have your pLog administrator confirm your account is not locked because of five invalid login attempts. If it is locked, have your administrator unlock it and reset the password.
If it is unlocked, confirm the tablet can see the internet. Open the https://cloud.dataforensics.net website.
If you cannot access the website, troubleshoot getting on the internet.
If you can access the website login and verify your username/password work correctly.
If you can't login, have your pLog administrator reset the password.
If you can login to the website, open the pLog Tablet App, logout and log back in.
